huolian fQdongii dianhuo zhuQngzhi火箭发动机点火装置(igni‘or of rocke‘engine)火箭发动机启动时点燃推进剂的组件。又称点火器。其作用是产生高温并释放足够的能量，保证在规定的各种环境条件下可靠点燃推进剂。常用的点火装置有3种类型:①火药(烟火)点火装置。主要由发火管和点火药组成。常用的发火管是电发火管，其电阻丝一般用镍铬合金、康铜札啪铱合金等制成，在电阻丝上浸粘着三硝基间苯二酚铅或叠氮化铅等发火药。点火药通常为黑火药或用金属粉末加过氯酸盐制成的烟火剂。工作时电流通过电阻丝引燃发火药及点火药，使发动机迅速可靠点火。火药(烟火)点火装置结构简单，工作可靠，但不能重复使用。主要应用于中小型固体火箭发动机和一些中小型液体火箭发动机，大型固体火箭发动机需要的点火能量较大，一般用一个小型点火发动机，以较强的热源点燃主装药。②电点火装置。直接利用电能点燃推进剂的装置。常用的有火花塞点火、炽热点火和电弧点火。其中火花塞点火能将较低的直流电压变为万伏以上的输出电压，产生电火花。在大流量推力室土需要用加强式火花塞点火，除点火器外，它还有一个增大点火能量的小型燃烧室。电点火装置结构简单，可重复点火，适用于液体火箭发动机。③化学点火装置。利用能够与推进剂中的某种组元接触时自燃的液态化学物质作点火剂的点火装置。点火剂先进人推力室与该推进剂组元自燃着火，继而点燃后进人推力室的推进剂，使火箭发动机开始工作。常用在液氧一煤油发动机上。为保证火箭发动机点火可靠，一台非自燃推进剂(例如液氧一液氢)发动机上可安装两个或多个点火器。 (郭克芳)
