1.装置在弩的木臂后部的机械，控制发射用，青铜制。构件有:钩弦的"牙"，牙外的"郭"，郭上的瞄准器"望山"，郭下的扳机"悬刀"。扳动悬刀，牙向下缩，所钩住的弦弹出，箭就被发射出去。弩机最早见于战国，盛行于汉晋。
