能耗生产率


能耗生产率一定时期内投入单位标准能源所取得的实际产出量(产量或净产值或增加值)。是衡量能源利用效果优劣的综合评价标准。生产中所耗的能源,是物质消耗的一个重要内容。能源生产率应属于物耗生产率范畴。但由于现代工业是耗费能源的大户,而能源又是比较紧缺的战略资源,因此能源投入后所带来的产出大小,即能耗生产率,已成为社会和企业生产至为关注的指标。能耗生产率一般是以单位标准能源的产出量来反映,习惯上也常采用其倒数,即单位产品或单位净产值所耗的标准能源数,如吨钢能耗、万元增加值、净产值能耗等。由于各行各业产品的千差万别,能耗生产率指标也各不相同。除综合社会总能耗与工业总能耗外,应针对不同行业考察其能耗生产率,并进行国内与国际对比,以不断降低单位产品的能源。能源生产率通常受到以下几个方面因素的制约:①能源的消费构成。②能源产品的质量。③能源加工和转换效率。④产业结构和产品结构。⑤管理水平。评价能源利用效率是一项较为复杂和精细的工作。一般的能耗生产率计算公式是:实物能耗生产率-价值能耗生产率一 产品产量用吨标准煤计量的能源量增加值或净产值(不变价)用吨标准煤计量的能耗量
