性质:流体在两界面之间流动时,由于材料之间摩擦力的存在,使流体内部与流体和界面接触处的流动速度发生差别,产生一个渐变的速度场,称为速度梯度,或称切速率、剪切速率。速度梯度的大小与流体内部分子结构、界面作用力及温度、速度等有关。当在流体中具有速度梯度时,流速大的流体具有加速与之接近的流速慢的流体的力(或流速小的流体具有减速与之接近的流速快的流体的力),即产生了黏性力,该力随速度梯度的加大而增大,而且流速不同的两流层接触面积越大这个力越大。
