性质:分析化学中使试样所含有机物质受到破坏,并使痕量待测物质进行富集的一种化学处理技术。将试样放入容器内,直接在空气中加热到400~800℃,灰化残渣溶解于溶剂中。此法不能用于易挥发性元素,否则造成严重损失。由于不引入试剂,可免于外来物质对测定的干扰。
