针对 20世纪 90年代以来黄河源区径流量大幅度减少的现实,以及对影响径流的关键因子存在一定分歧的研究现状,对源区径流变化研究进展进行了总结和分析:降水是引起径流变化的重要原因,不同区域降水变化、季节降水变化以及降水强度变化等原因可能导致了径流量减少;源区气候变暖,但气温增加与水面蒸发量没有密切相关关系,二者相关性仍需要深入探讨;源区下垫面发生变化影响了降水量与径流量关系,但尚难明确气候变化和人类活动分别对下垫面变化的影响程度。

补充资料：固原泾河源风景名胜区
泾河源风景名胜区在宁夏南部山区泾源县境内。这里山清水秀，群峰争绿，林茂草丰，飞瀑流泉，鸟语花香，既有北国之雄，又具南国之秀，人称黄土高原上的"绿岛"，1995年被评为省级风景名胜区。
这里的风景名胜主要有荷花苑、老龙潭、小南山、二龙河、鬼门关、凉殿峡、沙南峡等景区和秋千架、延龄寺石窟、堡子山公园、城关清真寺等。
荷花苑景区，位于县城西5公里处，从峡口蜿蜒进入8公里，两侧青山对峙，溪水中流，山上万木葱绿，小溪清澈见底，蜂蝶飞舞，流水淙淙。最迷人的是溪水两旁绿草如茵，每年5月至8月，野荷遍地，伞叶交错，黄花泛香。
老龙潭，为泾水之源。潭底深绿，深不可测，传说是魏徵梦斩老龙王的地方，柳毅传书的故事也发生在这里。
二龙河，位于县城南30公里。传说老龙王盘踞龙潭时，派他的两个儿子在这里的河边安营扎寨、镇扼咽喉，故名二龙河。两侧奇峰幽谷，间有松林华盖，绿草如茵，鸟语花香，流水潺潺。
凉殿峡，位于县城西南25公里，为六盘山腹地，气候湿润，环境幽雅，景色优美，自古就是避暑胜地。史载元太祖成吉思汗西征时曾在此避暑蓄锐，并建有亭台楼阁。至今尚有勒马石、柱墩、马槽、插旗座等遗址。
泾河源风景名胜区除上述景区外，还有位于县城东北10公里处，两峰如柱的“秋千架”，传说是穆桂英曾荡过秋千的地方。南距县城30公里，俗称“石窟儿”的延龄寺，是宋代名僧济公和尚修仙行道之处，现仍有石窟4处。
