By the technology of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),genetic polymorphism of part sequence of αS1-casein gene and κ-casein gene in Tianzhu white yak was tested.
利用PCR—RFLP技术熏检测了天祝白牦牛αS1-酪蛋白(αS1-casein,αS1-CN)基因和κ-酪蛋白(κ-casein,κ-CN)基因部分序列的遗传多态性熏结果表明:天祝白牦牛群体αS1-CN基因表现单态,κ-CN基因存在遗传多态性。
