      利用激光跟踪、测量和传输的手段控制和导引导弹飞向目标的技术。激光器发出照射目标的激光波束,激光接收装置接收目标反射的光波,经光电转换和信息处理,得出目标的位置参数信号(或导弹与目标的相对位置参数信号),再经信号变换用以跟踪目标和控制导弹的飞行。有的激光制导系统还用激光传输控制导弹的指令。激光制导可用于寻的制导系统和波束制导系统。用于半主动寻的制导系统和波束制导系统时,为了跟踪目标,在载机上往往还配备光学瞄准系统(如瞄准镜等)。激光制导的优点是:既能测角也能测距,有较高的测量精度,抗干扰能力强。激光制导的缺点是:易被云、雾、烟或雨等吸收,在大气层内使用时受到气象条件的限制,不能全天候使用;激光能源的功率有限,因而制导的作用距离受到一定限制。此外,由于波束窄,搜索跟踪也较为困难。因此激光技术常与红外、电视、光学或微波等技术结合使用。激光制导已在激光半主动寻的制导和激光波束制导的空地导弹和地空导弹中得到应用。
