The idea of water increasing effect and the way of water resources development and protection in mountains are put forward from the phenomena that there is abundant water (cloud, fog , rainfall, snowfall) in high mountains and from the relation analysis that the terrain, glacier and vegetation of mountain act on atmosphere vapor and form good water circulation systems on mountains.
