      测量物体散热或吸热热流密度的仪表。在这类仪表中最常见的是导热式热流计,还有测量锅炉炉内对流换热和辐射换热两者总热流密度的全热流计,以及只测辐射热热流密度的辐射式热流计,它们都是测量炉内传热用的专用仪表。导热式热流计的工作基于传热学原理:一块平板在单位时间内所导过的热流密度 q,与平板材料的热导率k和平板两面的温度差Δt成正比,而与平板的厚度d成反比,即因此,利用一小块已知厚度和热导率的平板做芯板,在芯板的两边装上由多支热电偶串接组成的热电堆来测量芯板两面的温度差,即可得知热流密度。为了使用方便,将芯板和热电堆全部用塑料或橡胶封装,并做成各种板状检测头。显示仪表可直接显示热流密度和温度。使用时将检测头敷贴在被测的建筑物、炉墙或热管道表面上,显示仪表即指示出其表面散热的热流密度和温度,从而可知其热量损失(见图)。这种仪表对节约能源是很有用的。
