The revetment with anchor bolt frame is a new type of slope protection and strengthening measure applied for expansive soil side slope.

In this paper,the behaviours of the transfer girder and upper(bracing) frame structures in combined action are analyzed, with a Calculation method and some design proposals concerning this kind of structure presented, which can be referred to in the design of similar structures in actural engineering.
