Objective: To observe the effect of Vertebro-basilar Artery s systolic blood speed (vsys) of the Vertebro-Basilar Insufficiency (VBI) patients according to puncturing meridian points (fengchi, tianzhu) or jiaji points( C4-6) by Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD), and probe into the synergic or antagonistic effect between the two group of points.
