The element Solid 65 in ANSYS is used to simulate concrete,the element Link 8 is used to simulate reinforced bar,and the nonlinear spring element Combine 39 is used to simulate the bond-slip relationship between rebar and concrete,in which the Houde′s bond-slip model is introduced.

By a series of CFT push-out test results, both the bond strength and the relations between the bond stresses and slip, which was usually called bond-slip constitutive relations, were analyzed.
本文在国内外现有研究成果的基础上,分析探讨了钢管混凝土中钢管与混凝土之间的粘结滑移机理,并借助钢管混凝土推出试验(Push-out Test)研究了钢管混凝土粘结强度、粘结应力一滑移相互关系(粘结滑移本构关系),对钢管混凝土中钢管与混凝土之间的粘结滑移问题进行了较为系统的理论分析。

为防止废料粘住凸模端面带出凹模,用压缩空气通过气孔吹落冲件、用真空泵从凹模下面吸引,也可用推杆从凸模内部将件推出(图1)。
