The various factors formed by the series resistance of solar cells have been analyzed, in particular to elaborate analysis of lateral resistance of TCO layer.

Through the principle analysis of monitoring its lateral resistance and photocurrent during the manufacturing process of multi-alkali cathod, the formation process of multi-alkali cathod is presented and some measures for improving the manufacturing technology of multialkali cathod are proposed.

Effect of dual-wire distance and wire diameter on transverse impedance measurement using dual-wire method

This paper reports the result of simulation of transverse impedances of three different induction accelerating cavities.

Our results show that the newly designed cavities behave better than the old prototype cavity with larger transverse impedance,and between the newly designed cavities,dielectric cavity with a coxial like accelerating gap geometry should be the first choice because the transverse impedance of the lower mode is oppressed efficiently.
