| 鲁迅艺术学院 中国共产党创办的一所综合性艺术学校。简称鲁艺。1938年4月10日在延安成立。1940年后校名全称为鲁迅艺术文学院。1939年夏，根据中共中央决定，鲁艺与陕北公学、工人学校、青训班合并，组成华北联合大学开赴前方。师生组成华北联合大学文艺学院，沙可夫任院长，吕骥任副院长。1939年11月28日根据中共中央决定，留在延安的鲁艺部分师生恢复鲁艺，院长为吴玉章，副院长为周扬。鲁艺的教育方针是：团结与培养文学艺术的专门人才，以致力于新民主主义的文学艺术事业。毛泽东为这个学校题的校训是：“紧张、严肃、刻苦、虚心”。学校初办时设戏剧、音乐、美术3个系，后又增设文学系。各专业的学制最初规定为6个月，1940～1941年期间，学校加强了专业化的学习，各系一律延长为3年（实习除外），并且注意提高教学质量。为了紧密联系实际，鲁艺设有文艺工作团、实验剧团、歌舞团、美术工作团以及其他的科研组织。鲁艺建校以后，为国家培养了大批革命文艺工作者和干部，对抗日战争作出了积极的贡献。1943年4月，鲁艺并入延安大学。
