【赏析】
前四句写月夜的凄美，为抒发离别之情营造氛围。接下的四句转入南楼饯别的场景。“胡床”句写望月之情，“楚酒”句则寓意较深，流露出因月儿运于天际而引发的时光难驻的悲慨；而这些又和作者要表达的离别之情密切相关。“雁背”、“林梢”二句通过生动形象的月夜细节描绘，暗寓饯别之会延至深夜尚未结束，可见朋友情深。后四句直接点出送友主旨，但仍然将其置于浓浓月色之中。全诗以月贯穿，那无处不在的月光仿佛诗人心中对友人无尽惜别情怀的外化。
