| 人寿保险 life insurance 以被保险人的生命为保险标的，以生死为保险事故的人身保险。简称寿险，又称生命保险。其目的是保障被保险人的家属不致因被保险人死亡和丧失收入而遭受危险。 人寿保险通过个人与保险公司之间签订合同进行。保险单或保险合同中规定，如按保险单支付保险金，则在被保险人死亡时，保险公司须向指定受益人支付一笔现金或等价物。在被保险人到达一定年龄时也同样付给。人寿保险有多种形式，其中主要有定期保险和定额终身保险两种。在定期保险中，每一年龄的人单独成为一组，组里的每个人都支付一定数量的保险费，其金额多少，决定于该组的死亡率统计。保险费随年龄而增加。如果在某一特定时期内发生死亡，死亡后立即给付保险金。定额终身保险则规定每年交纳一笔固定的保险费，直到死亡为止。保险费的多少，依他成为被保险人时的年龄而定。保险费支付到死亡为止。 |
