Firstly, according to vertices configuration in the layout region and the current rectangle size, the offset polygon can be obtained by calculating every vertex s coordinates.
首先根据当前布局空间中顶点的形态,按待布矩形的尺寸对各顶点进行偏移计算,获得当前布局空间的偏移多边形;然后遍历偏移多边形各边,求解并标识所有交点;最后根据偏移多边形各边的方向,通过沿边界搜索直接获得可行域上的各点。

间歇式装盒机的传动机构间断运行，其速度最快为80-100盒/分，一般在50-80盒/分。具体分析如下：
主传动靠分度器或刹车垫机式线每个循环的运动和停留。
1． 主传动停留时间内，在整个传送链中，产品落入静止的产品传送链上的船中，开盒系统为单头往复式，盛放纸盒的仓中最多存放200个纸盒，单吸头吸下纸盒靠静止的盒传送链的链条及挡板打开纸盒，放入链条上，单吸头返回，速度慢；折纸机吸下的说明书间断送至产品船下面，纵向固定的推杆系统横向将产品推入纸盒中，推杆再返回原位；横向固定的封盒系统，将纸盒关闭，再返回原位。
2． 主传动运动时间内，产品传送链运动，将船中的产品依次送至折纸机和开盒系统的吸头下面，折纸机不动作，推杆不动作，封盒系统也停止动作。
综上所述，间歇式装盒机由于传动机构的限制，速度慢，工作不稳定，成品率低，对纸盒要求高，且没有机械记忆装置，更换规格不方便，因而只是用于产量低，要求速度不高的产品和场合。
