用料：乳鸽2只，火腿75克，香菇50克，猪瘦肉150克，生姜5片，黄酒、精盐适量。
制法：将乳鸽洗净，与瘦肉同放沸水内烫煮3分钟，取出洗净；放入炖锅内，加入火腿、姜片、黄酒及沸水1000毫升；加盖，隔水用小火炖3小时；香菇洗净，用温水浸泡30分钟，剪去菇蒂放入炖锅内，再加鲜汤250毫升，用大火炖30分钟，以精盐调味，即可食用。
特点：香味浓郁，营养丰富。宜作为体虚乏力，手术后病人进补用。
