辅料
(1)高汤1/2杯、盐适量
(2)蚝油1大匙、水3大匙
做法
1、粉丝用温水泡5分钟后，置盘中待用；将各种鲜菇洗净。
2、草菇用滚水汆烫30秒，沥干水分待用。
3、将各种鲜菇置入粉丝盘内，撒下榨菜片后再注入调味料(1)，上笼蒸8分钟。
4、热2大匙油炒香辣椒段，倒入调味料(2)拌匀，淋在蒸好的加入罗勒的鲜菇上便可上桌。
