The article tested the cross experiment of Silurus meridionalis Chen and Silurus asotus Linnaeus, then investigated and compared Silurus meridionalis Chen, Silurus asotus Linnaeus and their hybrid F_1 at different levels (proteins and DNA) in order to search their genetic marker and discuss their genetic affinity and heterosis.

| 鲇 Silurus asoius；far east asian catfish 鲇形目鲇科鲇属的一种。又名土鲇、鲇拐。鲇亦作鲶，以体粘滑而得名。体重一般1～2千克，最重7～8千克。体长形，头略大而平扁。口宽大，斜向上方，后端可达眼前缘下方。眼小，被皮膜。体长至60毫米左右时开始消失。体无鳞。背鳍很小，无硬刺。脂背鳍缺如。胸鳍硬刺外缘锯齿明显。臀鳍很长，后端连于略凹的尾鳍。体色随栖息环境而有不同，通常呈绿褐乃至灰黑色，或有略暗云状斑块。主要生活在江河、湖泊、坑塘、水库的中下层。食物以小型鱼为主，也吃虾，水生昆虫等。
分布于亚洲东部中国黑龙江到珠江水系，俄罗斯、日本本州及朝鲜亦有。肉质细嫩，少细刺，为常见食用鱼之一。 |
