指手近侧指间关节两侧的侧副韧带撕裂伤。多因手指过度扭伤、极度过伸和侧向打击所致,受伤时手指间关节曾发生过半脱位或脱位,只不过是当时立即自行复位。临床较多见。早期检查近侧指间关节有侧向异常活动,局部疼痛和肿胀,诊断较易。宜及早手术修补。
