The flow-field numerical simulation data at burner region of a tangentially fired PC boiler whose burners are arranged in six corners is used, the influence of pressure distribution at burner region on jet deflection was studied, the old case and improved case of burner flow-field was contrasted and analyzed.

In this paper the authors have carefully measured the flow fields in the burner zone and pressure distribution along the adjacent wall on an isothermal model, and studied the effect of the structure and operational parameters of jet burner on the aerodynamic field in the furnace, and obtained the factors of leading to jet deflection.
实测结果表明:①燃烧器射流根部压差较大,随着射流前展,射流两侧的压差明显减小;②燃烧器射流的几何轴线与前墙夹角α增大时,射流两侧的压差就减小;③随着燃烧器高宽比(h/b) 的增大,壁面区域相对压力的绝对值增大,气流越易贴壁;④燃烧器只开1 个喷口时,射流偏转比开4 个喷口时的小得多。

首先介绍了在切圆燃烧炉膛内燃烧器流偏转方面的研究现状 ,然后根据对炉内流动工况的观测 ,提出切圆燃烧炉膛内燃烧器射流的运动在本质上是横向气流射流的运动 ,在分析这个流动模型的卷吸及所受作用基础上推导出射流偏转的计算方法 ,并针对典型 6 0 0 MW的炉膛进行了计算及试验验证 。

性质:又称火炸药抛射体撞击感度(projectile impact sensitivity)。在枪弹等高速抛射体撞击下,火炸药发生燃烧或爆炸的难易程度。落锤撞击火炸药是低速撞击,抛射体撞击火炸药是高速撞击,后者比前者更能准确评价火炸药在使用过程中的安全性和起爆感度。中国通常采用7.62mm口径的普通枪弹,以25m的射击距离(子弹射击速度为710~725m/s)射击裸露的药柱或药包,观察其是否发生爆炸。以六次试验中发生爆炸的次数表示试样的枪击感度。
