d lon}an yufongx一ng shlyQn电拢预防性试脸(preventative test of eable) 为了防止电缆线路在运行中发生绝缘击穿及线路附属设备的损坏，按预防性试验规程进行的电气试脸。是判断电缆线路能否继续投入运行和预防电缆在运行中发生故障的重要措施. 电缆预防性试验的项目通常包括绝蛛电阻浏全、直流耐压试验和泄翻电流侧量。对于超高压电力电缆线路，则按其绝缘结构的不同，分别做油样电气性能测试及色谱分析试脸和侧试护套绝缘电阻，同时测试油压示替系统信号电缆的绝缘电阻。预防性试验的部分试脸项目与电垅线路文接试脸相似。 在耐压试验中.发现泄漏电流不稳定，或泄漏电流值随试脸电压急剧上升，或随试验时间增长有上升现象时，如纯属电缆线路的原因，则可提高试验电压及延长试验时间，但电压不可超过交接试验标准的规定值。 根据试验结果被列为不合格但经过综合判断允许在监视条件下投人运行的电缆，其试验周期应比标准规定的有所缩短，以防电缆在运行中发生绝缘击穿事故。 进行电缆线路的绝缘试验时，要尽可能将连接在一起的隔离开关、支柱绝缘子等其他设备分离开来单独试验。电缆与成套设备连接在一起难以拆开时，试验电压值须考虑相连设备的绝缘水平和试验标准，但这些设备都不宜使用直流耐压进行试验。 由于城市配电网的发展，中小型化紧凑型的配电装1已被广泛应用，与这些设备连接的电缆往往与配电装t的环氧树脂电流互感器或绝缘子相连接。因其设计紧凑，在预防性试验时要将电缆与这些设备拆开很困难，多次拆装对这些设备也不利。于是有的规定，凡与此类设备相连的电缆线路不再做预防性试脸。交联菜乙玲电垅在直流耐压试验中，对绝缘的损坏有一定的积琪效应，为此，有的也规定交联聚乙烯电缆不再做预防性试验，以监视其绝缘电阻变化的方法，来监视电缆的交联聚乙烯绝缘在运行中是否受到机械损伤。
