From the meterological factors contributed to the two catastrophic mixed floods happened in Xinjiang in 2000 and 1999, the comparison and analysis of the mountain snow cover,the weather process of high-temperture,and heavy rain were given, and also researched the circulation background of difference factors.

This newly proposed model is used to analyze the flood spatial pattern of the middle and lower reaches of the Lantsang River and the experiment results are also compared with the real historical record.
