Based on soil water infiltration experiments in corn field, this paper analysed and discussed yearly change characteristics of soil water infiltration .

The soil saturated hydraulic conductivity Ks of BSC and three types of control(no any crust,physical crust and removed BSC) were measured by tension infiltrometer to explore the effects of BSC on soil water infiltration and conductivity.

Some developments and results of the studies on soil moisture at home and abroad were introduced from four aspects:soil infiltration theory, infiltration models, infiltration methods and some affecting factors of infiltration, and some brief reviews and analysis were given.
