In this paper, according to the quite matured experience of the ship fixing technique and workmanship accumulated in the Yangtze River renovation work for decades with considering the character of the upper Meigong segment Mountain stream of the Lanchang River, how to successfully apply the ship fixing and orientation measures in sault and dangerous shoals of the Lanchang River are studied.

Finally it explains that SPC-conducting can t only depend on control charts but should do capability analysis(that is the steady state of technology),and timely and effectively take measures on improving the proce.

This paper introduces the application region of image stabilization technology and all the kinds of realization technologies for optical image stabilization(OIS)and electrical image stabilization(EIS),describes the theory of EIS based on image processing,according to the features of vehicular infrared thermal imaging device,puts forward a method to stabilize the image simply and feasibly.
