Based on the Problems of heat shack flaking damaged and baking exfoliate on interval industrial furnaces,the experimental study on aluminium silicon castables with high resisting heat shack performance were finished to improve the resisting heat shack performance,the resisting crack,the high temperature intension and the fireproof adaptability of castables.
针对间歇式工业炉窑炉衬热震剥落破损与快速烘烤引起的蹦落问题,从改善浇注料抗热震性、防爆性、高温结合强度与耐火适应性等角度出发,对高抗热震性铝硅系浇注料进行了实验研究,研制了Al2O3含量为40%～75%的铝硅系浇注料,并在不同的间歇式炉窑热工设备上进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。
