Complying with product configurability,three kinds of configuration unit including basic configuration unit,geometric convertible configuration unit and structure convertible configuration unit were presented,and knowledge representation was constructed.
依据产品可配置性,给出了基本配置单元、几何可变型配置单元和结构可变型配置单元3种配置单元,建立了配置模型的知识表达方法,分析了结构变型配置单元间的约束关系、配置规则表达及其求解匹配过程,并建立了约束规则和变量条件的配置设计深度优先求解算法,利用质量功能配置建立了客户需求、产品技术指标与配置单元功能模块之间的映射矩阵。
