单光子发射计算机断(体)层
影像学术语。发射型计算机断(体)层显像方法之一。利用进入体内的富含中子的核素衰变所产生的γ射线(单光子)进行显像检查，并将γ射线在体内不同方向上的投影值通过图像重建来获得脏器的断(体)层影像的检查方法。SPECT的图像重建方法与X线CT所采用的技术相同，由于断(体)层显像技术可以减少放射性影像的重叠，故其成像质量较以前的核医学检查提高了许多。但因为γ射线的衰减程度与脏器的位置有关，即脏器越深衰减越严重，从而使图像的重建过程变得复杂，并且所得图像的空间分辨率也不及X线CT。
