黑夜精明证
黑夜精明证 病证名。系指黑暗睛明，白昼视物模糊的病证。又名黑夜睛明症、白昼青盲症。《证治准绳·杂病》：“人体天地之阴阳，昼明夜晦理之常也，今晦冥之中倏忽见物，是背于阴阳矣。”本病的病因在《审视瑶函》中描述为：“肾水不足，虚阳僭上故耳。若不滋肾水以溢真阴，则水不升而火不降，神光失序，不能收藏，故黑暗睛明。”治宜滋养肾阴，以制阳光。方用杞菊地黄丸加减，针刺选用光明、足三里等穴。
