卯叮均zuo biaozhun工作标准(钓人。切旧山记)按工作岗位制定的有关工作质t的标准。是对工作的范围、构成、程序、要求、效果、检查方法等所做的规定，是具体指导某项工作，某个加工工序的工作规范和操作规程。在企业内部，对操作工人来说称“岗位操作标准”，对科室工作人员来说称“岗位办事细则”。工作标准可分为:专项管理业务工作标准、现场作业标准和工作程序标准。工作标准是在服从企业的总目标，形成全员的目标管理系统，使岗位之间互相衔接，保证整个管理过程的工作协调，便于监督考核的总要求下，安排“岗位操作标准”和“岗位办事细则”两项标准内容的。 专项管理业务工作标准，一般内容包括:工作职责和任务，各项任务的数量，质量要求和完成期限，完成各项任务的程序和方法，与相关岗位工作的协调配合，有关信息的传递方式和考核办法以及奖罚要求等。现场作业标准，一般包括:作业(加工)与设计技术规范、工作要领与注意事项、质t控制与检验要求、作业(加工)与检验所藉用的工具仪器等。工作程序标准，一般由工程程序、作业内容和质量要求三部分组成。工作程序要客观实际划分阶段，做出合理的顺序安排。工作标准是衡量工作质量的依据。对提高工作秩序，保证工作质量，改善协作关系，提高工作效率，都有重要作用。(李玉恩)
