妞陌叩she比1 zhizco lianeho特种设备制造监察(supervision。n manof阮姗ofslx沈i以闪”ipment)为保证特种设备安全质量，按照国家有关法律、法规，对其制造环节实施强制性的监督检查。中国的制造监察一般是对制造企业的制造能力和质量保证体系运转悄况进行审查，由锅炉压力容器安全监察机构授权的有资格的检验单位对样机进行型式试验或安全性能检测，确认后，颁发允许制造相应产品的资格证书。由于特种设备质量和安全性能与其安全使用运行密切相关，为确保特种设备监察的严谨与有效性，针对不同特种设备的制造，还相应地实施了出厂产品监督检验或不定期的质量抽查。特种设备制造监察由锅炉压力容器安全监察机构负责，具体技术工作，由其授权的有资格的检验单位承担。 (何毅)
