The structures of the straight core-pulling mechanism such as guide strip slide structure,guide rod sliding plate structure,guide strip structure and sleeve structure are introduced and their characterˉistics are stated.

Using smooth guides,spring oscillator and high brightness LED,a simple method of demonstrating Lissajous figure is introduced.

Through the transformation of sliding guideway,cylinder size and structure,rolling width,driveshaft structure and other parts of the equipment,it has become more rational and had a larger range of production so as to reduce the cost and error rate and extend its service life.
