性质:在开路情况下将很短的电流脉冲(如0.1~1μs,它只能引起双电层的充电)施加于电解池,要求脉冲有固定的电量,脉冲形状可不考虑。记录脉冲之后电极电势随时间的变化,这是在开路的条件下由充入的固定电量引起的电极反应,故可避免欧姆电阻及非法拉第电流的干扰。对电势响应进行解析,可求得电极反应的各种参数,该法的电极标准速率常k0值测定上限可达约0.4cm·s-1。
