| 多级递阶系统 multi-level hierarchical systems 将组成大规模系统的各子系统及其控制器按递阶的方式分级排列而形成的系统。这种系统的特点是：①上、下级是隶属关系，上级对下级有协调权，故上级控制器又称协调器，它的决策直接影响下级控制器的动作。②信息在上下级间垂直方向传递，向下的信息（命令）有优先权。同级控制器并行工作，也可以有信息交换，但不是命令。③上级控制决策的功能水平高于下级 ，解决的问题涉及面更广 ，影响更大，时间更长，作用更重要。级别越往上，其决策周期越长，更关心系统的长期目标。④级别越往上，涉及的问题不确定性越多，越难作出确切的定量描述和决策。多级递阶系统的结构是大系统的主要结构形式，具有普遍意义。 |
