[制作流程]
1．将培根、红萝卜、南瓜、洋葱切丁块
2．培根、白饭、萝卜、南瓜、洋葱、红葱酥、炸蒜以白脱油轻炒
3．把炒过的蔬菜白饭加高汤于果汁机内搅拌成汁
