PDM(Positive-Displacement-Motor) which is a positive displacement drill tool is composed of four assemblies of by-pass valve,motor,LTC and drive shaft.
本文以川庆钻探工程有限公司长庆管具公司7LZ172×7螺杆钻具为分析对象,针对万向轴的力学特性及寿命进行研究,主要内容如下:(1)利用Pro/E软件建立螺杆钻具三维模型,完成螺杆钻具整体力学分析,得到万向轴轴向力计算公式及外载示意简图:(2)在万向轴受力分析基础上,提出了瓣型万向轴在钻进工况时承受压扭组合载荷及起下钻工况时承受拉伸载荷的瓣齿接触强度理论分析方法,借助有限元软件ANSYS对万向轴在两种工况下的瓣齿接触强度进行校核;(3)通过对国内的其它领域疲劳寿命预测评估方法进行归纳、总结,结合万向轴的失效形式和受力,确定了瓣齿万向轴疲劳寿命计算方法—名义应力法;(4)利用ADAMS软件对螺杆钻具万向轴运动进行模拟,得到万向轴瓣齿接触载荷—时间历程曲线。
