A few related issues discussed in this paper are the con-cept of "green space of ecology" in human settlement, the present situation and crisis of greenspace in our city and countryside, and the protection and development of green space of ecologyin the metropolitan regions.
从分析我国城市绿地系统规划工作中的现有理论问题出发，提出了新的＂生态绿地空间＂规划概念，论述了生态绿地空间在人居环境中的定位、我国城乡生态绿地空间的现状和危机、城镇密集地区生态绿地空间的保护和发展等问题。

城市中每个居民平均享有的公共绿地面积，是衡量城市居民游览休息用地水平的标志。目前各国定额和计算中所包含的绿地及居民的范围不完全相同。中国规定城市公共绿地定额，近期每人3～5平方米,远期每人7～11平方米。中国计入定额的绿地一般包括各级公园、植物园、动物园、道路用地范围（规划红线）以外的街旁绿地和毗邻市区的郊区公园；对于河湖水域是否计入城市绿地，各城市的做法不尽相同。参加计算定额的人口一般只包括城市居民。为了衡量定额中各类绿地的分配情况，在计算全市总定额的同时，对各类绿地的定额须分别进行计算。
