蒸气所含热量比热空气多,吸入时引起呼吸道局部损伤比较严重。但是,吸入蒸气时与吸入热空气一样,很快被气管内温度调节机制降低其温度,所以引起重度吸入性损伤较少。临床表现与治疗原则见“吸入性损伤”条目。
