Employing the Yuanji Chart theory , traditional cultural heritages and modern scientific theories,It is argeud that the crux of memory improvement lies in the cohformity to the law of memory,in the exercise of the controlling function of wisdom and knowledge ,in the learning of Yuanji, and especially in enforcement of the workings of the "sound filling the universe".

It mainly includes two parts: a) to consider the theoretical constructs that underlie the role of memory from cognitive perspective,that is,memory is necessary and sufficient for successful SLA;without memory,there can be no move from input to intake;and b) to put forward some effective study methods for second language acquisition according to memory law.
