To aim at a series of problems in development of MIS, by comparing popular development models of MIS and applying the newest techniques of computer network, database and the distributed techniques of object-oriented, the idea that the B/S model is used to develop MIS under environment of Oracle is proposed and a general report system is developed under the model.
