物理学术语。通过铁原子的顺磁性排列获得的具有永久磁场的磁体。永磁体多由铁氧体或钕铁硼制成，可用作MR成像设备的主磁场。其优点是边缘磁场小、不需冷却剂及电流、材料费用低，并且可使用螺线管线圈提高信噪比。缺点是磁场强度较低、重量大、磁场不能关闭，受温度影响大，使磁场稳定性差。
