性质:采用压电陶瓷制成的具有电压变换特性的器件。其基本结构型式有伸缩振动、弯曲振动和剪切振动等三大类。其中应用最多的是横—纵向型(伸缩振动)变压器。瓷片左半部上下两面都有银电极,沿厚度方向极化,作为输入端,称为驱动部分;右半部分的右端也有银电极、沿长度方向极化,作为输出端,称为发电部分。当交变电压作用在输入端时,通过逆压电效应,使瓷片产生沿长度方向的伸缩振动,而发电部分则通过正压电效应产生电压输出。由于瓷片为薄长片,其长度远大于厚度,所以输出电压也大于输入电压。可根据需要,调节长度,获得不同的输出电压。一般输入几伏或几十伏的交变电压,就可获得几千伏乃至万伏以上的高压输出。它具有体积小、重量轻、无磁场干扰,短路时会自动截止而不致烧毁,结构简单,便于维修等优点。不足之处是工作频带窄,要有同步的激励源才能保证始终在谐振频率处正常工作。电压调整性能不及线绕变压器好。可用于各种电击器,雷达显示系统,静压复印,静电喷漆,以及示波管,夜视仪,光电倍增管等高压装置中。
