  人的因素评价(evaluation in humanfactors)在系统开发中,对系统开发的产品(包括硬件、程序和人员)进行验证,确保人的作业所必需的特性,符合工效学设计原则。实际上,系统设计中的每一个阶段都包含这样的评价。此外,还须在系统开发完成后,在进入运行之前对将要使用的项目进行系统评价。这种评价与实验非常相似,可分为控制实验法和人员子系统测量(P SM)。控制实验主要为了对某些关系和现象作出解释,如说明为什么反应时是刺激个数的函数。PsM主要涉及对与系统、子系统或与该项目有关的操作条件,特别是负责该系统运行和维护人员的功能及作业进行测量。 (王坚撰朱祖祥审)
