The interactive balance method with rectangular fuzzy parameters is proposed to solve the problem of difference between model a nd real process, which is an important issue connected with the steady-state hi erarchical control of large-scale industrial processes, by means of replacing t he crisp model coefficients with the rectangular fuzzy numbers.
