性质:又称淤浆法,湿法等。色谱柱填充方法有干法和湿法两种。填料粒度大于20gm的可用干法填充。小于20μm的填料,由于具有很高的表面能,往往容易黏结,因而采用湿法。选择一种或数种溶剂作分散、悬浮介质,经超声处理使微粒在介质中高度分散并呈悬浮状半透明匀浆,然后在高压下把匀浆压入柱管中,制成具有均匀紧密填充床的色谱柱。高效液相色谱法中的色谱柱通常用匀浆填充法填充。
