性质:在多孔陶瓷体上附着的微孔陶瓷膜层。膜层厚度一般在几微米到几十微米,外径孔径一般为0.1~0.5μm,个别也有厚度达3~5μm、孔径10μm的。多采用氧化铝、二氧化钛和二氧化锆等作膜材料。制法是:用电机带动陶瓷支撑体旋转,当溶胶液(膜材料)滴落在支撑体上,就会迅速地敷覆到支撑体表面,待溶剂蒸发、凝胶化和干燥成膜后,经热处理而制成氧化物薄膜。现已为食品(含饮料)、医药、生物技术和环境保护等领域开发利用。
