由澳大利亚金龙基集团投资开发的国内最大的物流城——澳龙国际物流城近日在山东省临沂市破土动工。

据介绍,该项目规划占地8600亩,将建立交易园区、物流园区、仓储区、配送区、加工区、海关保税区等物流核心园区,同时设立经营、生活服务支撑体系,通过信息技术、电子商务、配送、联运等手段,衔接并辐射国际、国内两大市场。

项目总投资达62亿元人民币,将分三期建设,一期工程投资7亿元,建筑面积60万平方米,明年6月完工。总体规划5年内完工,建成后将达到总货运量1000万吨、物资存放量800万吨、年商品交易额100亿元至150亿元的规模,形成中国国内最大的商品集散地和物流中心,并逐步发展成为多功能的国际物流基地。
