hUO{Ud-化炉底(pit einder melting)提高均热炉炉温,使炉渣在外加熔剂的作用下化成液体并排出炉外的操作,也称液体出渣或化渣,是均热炉除渣方式之一。化炉底一般在炉底温度较高的炉型,如蓄热式和四角烧嘴式均热炉上采用。在上部单烧嘴式均热炉上也有采用的。化炉底的炉子一般在侧面都装有火封烧嘴,以保证出渣口处的温度有些炉子还要在炉坑底部加烧嘴以提高炉底温度。一般每2一6d化一次炉底。有的在化炉底前先要铺熔剂,并将烟道闸板关闭,将炉温升到146OC左右,打开火封烧嘴,保证液体渣流入渣罐。每次化渣需2~3h,除渣量与除渣时间和炉渣生成量有关。加入熔剂可降低炉渣的熔点,提高炉渣的流动性。常用的熔剂有焦粉、萤石、锅炉渣、硅铁及石灰石等。 (王国胜)
